Okay, guys, hi. So... it's been a dog's age since I last posted, even if you count that time I came over here and was like "Give me caps, I'll icon them!" and then I... just did that this morning. I'm a timely person. (They're in this post, except for the ones I haven't done yet.)

This time, my post comes with an announcement. Following the various changes here on LiveJournal, for a variety of reasons, I've moved to Dreamwidth for what looks like the long haul. I've set up space over there for my icons — in fact, not one, but two journals, as I've started While You Fly to house my roleplay icons (i.e. the simple, clean ones in big batches with lots of expressions, though you're welcome to use them for whatever you like). The DW home for manderleyicons can be found at the link below that's only vaguely pretending to be a cut.

If you have a Dreamwidth account, of course, please, come keep following this journal there. If you don't, you can follow the account using OpenID. Otherwise, I may or may not continue crossposting in this way for a while, but eventually, it's all just going to be over there.

It's been ages since I last did a post for this community and I'm itching to make icons, but work has kept me way too busy to actually watch and cap much of anything, so I'm coming to ask you guys for help.

SPAM ME WITH CAPS

Obviously things I like are more likely to hold my attention (anything I've iconned before, but not limited to that), but pretty much anything is fair game.* Screen caps, photo shoots, movie stills — throw it at me and we'll see what sticks. The higher the quality, the better, and of course, I don't promise to icon everything, just what catches my fancy, but the more, the merrier.

* My one caveat is nothing from Downton Abbey after 2x04, please. It's the only thing I'm intent on remaining mostly unspoiled for. Everything else, come at me, bro.
